Curly Girl Revolutionized!

Hi curly girls!

Here we are: revolutionizing and reseting, re-appraising and re-evaluating what we (the curly girl) defines as beautiful. Yes, you my dear friend are apart of setting the nation, the world even, a blaze.

Well, we say flame on curly girl! What ever your curl pattern. We see you flourishing, evolving and coming to love your natural beauty, yourself and most importantly one another.

The world may think they have seen our afro’s before, a fad that previously succumbed to the more conformative look of relaxed and what was considered tamed, but this dear friend, isn’t our momma’s revolution. ;)

These days we’ve stepped out of uniforms into leadership roles at the office; polishing things off with brightly colored blazers. Or keeping things fresh for our domestic roles at home; embracing femininity with colored jeans and accenting the look with bright hues like neon yellows and blues. We are staying true to fashion by redefining old things as new things; giving everything new meaning with style.

So.

Whatever your style: retro, modern, hobo, edgy, pretty, nerdy, chic.. style it, wear it, and love it because beauty is clarity in form, subtle, most times unspoken yet undeniably bold and unapologetic. <3

Chow for now,
