Hello naturals,

Looking to spruce up your salad? How about replacing that limp lettuce for some good green stuff.
Spinach packs a whallop of nutrients for skin and hair! Just 1 cup gives you vitamin A, C, and E. Aiding in reducing wrinkles and firming the skin. Voila! An at-home facelift.
Those same vitamins contribute to the appearance of healthy hair. How so? It’s what the body needs to produce sebum, which is the body’s own natural conditioner. Now who doesn’t want beautiful skin and healthy hair.

Try juicing it, if you’re on the go:
*Please make certain to thoroughly rinse all your produce, whether organic or not.

Take 1 handful of spinach
2 green apples
1 stalk of celery
1 tsp ground turmeric or minced ginger
1 handful strawberries (5 or 6, I have big hands)
