SunShine’s “It’s All Good!” Smoothie

It doesn’t look good, but it’s all good! Here’s what’s in it:

4 oz. of Silk’s Vanilla Almond Milk-use coconut milk as an alternative :)

1 scoop of VEGA. I have the Energizing Smoothie OH Natural one! I love it because it is dairy, gluten & soyfree with no added sugars!

(Blend)

Then add…

5 slices of peaches (for added sweetness)

5 strawberries

1 banana

1 Handful of Blackberries & Raspberries

1 Handful of spinach

(Blend some more)

Pour in your favorite cup & Voila!
