Get Healthy Check~In Week 3

Can you believe we only have one more week for this months challenge?? Keep up with your goals and don’t sell yourself short.

Week 3 requires commitment and persistence. The adrenaline you had in week 1, may be gone and your focus in week 2 may have been tossed to the side. If this does not describe you at all – you rock!!!! However if this is exactly you then we need to get it together and finish out this month with a bang!  Your daily affirmations are crucial, because when you think you can’t — YOU CAN!

1. JUICE  – How many days did you juice last week (week 2)? Have you noticed any changes in your mind, body, skin, health, energy since you began juicing 3 weeks ago?

SunShine’s Check In-

I juiced every day last week. My favorite smoothies are the ones packed with berries! I’ve lost 20 lbs since I started juicing earlier this summer. I feel great.

I’m using the Vitamix from QVC and my favorite recipe is here.

I’ve been walking the park on my lunch break. I don’t want to shed any more pounds, so I am trying low impact exercises.

I am good enough! I think I’m going to talk to a professional though. After watching Iyanla Vanzant “Fix My Life”, I feel that there are some unresolved issues in my life I have to deal with. It’s time…

    Last week I juiced everyday Monday 3x Tuesday – Friday 2x a day I felt lighter. I even tried beets I had to use my juicer for that and I used ginger some days. My juicer came from Walmart GE my blender is old but still good Hamilton Beach I dont think my mother remember were she got it. I worked out four days last week. I like walking/jogging/running around the lake we have here. No am not good enough yet I think I need to increase my workouts and I will.
