There’s an affirmation for many things we encounter in life abundance, addiction, career, healing, joy, positivity, prosperity, relationship, release, spiritual, and even weight loss. The goal of an affirmation is to help you speak life to yourself and to begin living as if things were. Throughout this Get Healthy Challenge, we are asking that you comitt to a saying a daily affirmation.
My plan is to keep a daily journal. I will pick an affirmation for the day and journal about my experience. My journaling is more of a healing process. I have found that food is a major part of my life and I see it as life or death. I want to be able to express this through my journaling. I will be sharing parts of my journal with you.
Jenell’s plan is to think positive thoughts to meet her goals and to think about opportunities for improvement by reminding herself of the challenge especially when she wants things that would be detrimental to her healthy lifestyle. These daily affirmations will support her when she doesn’t want to work out.
Julian’s plan is to journal her daily food intake on a consistent basis via her myfitnesspal.com page. If you would like to follow her, or view her food journal,she is listed as “LiberianRita”. This way, she can can hold herself accountable on a daily basis. In addition, Julian will also post daily affirmations, and give a personal testiment for herself via her social media network i.e facebook, instagram and/or twitter through daily messages and or visuals.
